It wasn’t until I was neck-deep in a new business, a mom to two under 6, and I was up every night at 3 A.M. wired that I realized I needed to do something about myself.

I was in meetings with parents of babies telling them all about how important sleep is not only for their child, but for them, too—meanwhile, I’d gotten maybe 2 hours of sleep the night before, and the bags under my eyes were dead giveaways for how big of a hypocrite I felt I was.

Enter adult sleep coaching, and the tools that would help me cure my own insomnia.

 True story:

The month before I went to my immersive training for adult sleep coaching, my own insomnia resurfaced with a vengeance.

It was back, and worse than before. Ironic, right?

So I did what any busy, working mom would do and brushed it off as stress— I implemented the same tactics that worked for me a few years earlier, did a self-check-in on my anxiety, and still nothing. My old 3 am BFF was ready to hang out again.

But this time, I had new tools.

I ran my diagnostics and I had a parasite of all things. (They’re nocturnal, ya know.)

As a results-driven, certified sleep consultant who likes science-based tools, I knew better than to assume, but this Celiac-suffering GI tract of mine is set up to be a hot mess—throwing my sleep patterns out of whack with even the slightest shift. Add a parasite to the mix—and I definitely can’t sleep.

The train had gone off the rails and it was time to course correct.

My story isn’t cute. Nobody likes to talk about parasites, but I share it with you because I believe this:

sleep Coaching Sessions

6 sessions where we dive into your test results and implement proven and tested stress resilience techniques—because we’ve got to look at both of the two sleep saboteurs (body & mind) or else you’ll keep being stuck and staying up at night.

On-going Support

3 months of support and access to me via Voxer, Monday-Friday, 9-5 Central A custom-crafted protocol of natural supplement suggestions.
