In addition to everything included in Level One, Kelly will support you and your child in person through your first bedtime during sleep training to help you make in-the-moment choices for what’s best.

Level 3

Overnight Coaching & Support

Our most in-depth support program includes Kelly spending the first full night of sleep training with you and your child, from bedtime to morning wake-up, and everything in between.

Plus, Kelly supports your family through three weeks of sleep training with six check-in phone calls and unlimited email support.
