Hi, my name is Kelly and I am a former “bed-sharer”. Yes, that’s right, I am a Sleep Consultant and I used to sleep with my children. And you know what? I loved every minute of it. That was until it was no longer working for my family. What started as beautiful bonding experience turned into something that was turning me, well, cray-cray. As my son began waking up every hour on the hour to take a little sip of milk to get himself back to sleep, I began to curse anyone who was getting more than 45 minutes of continuous sleep. As a result, neither of us were any fun to be around, as my husband can attest.
I knew that I needed to begin sleep training but the thought of letting him Cry It Out (CIO) made me want to cry. I thought I was destined to be a sleep-deprived wreck until I discovered the Sleep Sense™ Program. I was drawn to the method, as it was gentle and simple to follow. Within a few nights of starting, my son was sleeping through the night and has been ever since. It completely changed my life!

Who am I?
I am a mother of two rambunctious, but absolutely darling, toddlers and a graduate of the business school at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. With over10 years of experience working in the Women and Children’s Healthcare Industry, I am continuing my devotion to improving human health and well-being as a Pediatric Sleep Consultant. During my last position at a leading breast pump manufacturer, I received in-depth education in lactation including the Breastfeeding Peer Counseling course at Rush University Medical Center. I have completed an intensive live training and mentorship program with the creator of the Sleep Sense program herself, Dana Obleman.
I am 100% committed to helping families achieve the restorative sleep that their bodies, minds and spirits require. My approach is non-judgmental, encouraging and customized to fit your parenting style and your child’s temperament.
